We help individuals and organizations strategize, learn deeply and create positive change in the areas of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI).

The Series are several workshops On Diversity & Inclusion, Readiness, Belonging, Implicit Bias, and Creating New Narratives that are designed to help organizations facilitate or enhance their awareness, management and implementation of critical issues related to diversity, equity and inclusion. We work with individuals, as well as small and large groups, both short-term and long-term.

Critical to this work on DEI is an understanding of the dynamics that bear on individuals and work teams. We are multifaceted in the way we work with executives around the policies and guidelines that govern management. We provide assistance to middle managers on the creation and implementation of healthy approaches to growth and/or positive workflow, and compliance. We support employees around their sensitivity to and importance of building wholistic, collegial, and effective work protocols and teams.

Our approach is interactive and engaging. We engage in challenging and important work thoughtfully, collaboratively and synergistically. While the work being done is concerned with the present, we acknowledge and incorporate participants’ histories and lived lives into presentations, workshops and trainings.

We engage, train and process using theories and tools developed in psychology, sociolinguistics, cultural studies, ethnography, social network analysis, framing theory, discourse and conversational analysis, narrative approaches, dance and movement.
